From a southern tradition of excellence & quality that started in a little red produce stand with a tin roof on the side of Highway 49 in Lake Wylie, SC came LB’s Produce & More. When Lawson Brackett started selling produce her charter was to provide a fresh, hand selected, local product to her customers. What started as a small produce stand on the side of the road has expanded to so much more.
LB’s Produce & More still maintains its high standards for fresh local produce, but it also provides hand selected jams, jellies, juices, rices, sauces, candies, mixes, our famous Okra Chips and so much more. All of our products are hand selected and tried by Lawson before they ever make it on our shelves with a majority of them coming from the Carolinas.
Her store inside the Belmont General Store located in the center of Historic Downtown Belmont makes you think you have stepped back in time with all of the southern charm you would expect of a small town store. LB’s Produce & More is perfect for a sweet treat, gift baskets, or just to grab a quick few things for an easy down home southern meal.

Like a line from a country song LB’s Produce has been selling farm fresh local produce to the residents of Lake Wylie, SC since 2006. When Lawson Brackett started selling produce she made a promise to always provide a fresh, hand selected, local product to her customers, and like a good southern woman she has stayed true to her word.
The famous red stand with the tin roof sits off of Highway 49 just a mile from the North/South Carolina border. Every local knows its the only places in Lake Wylie worth buying from. Our produce is always farm fresh and hand selected from local farmers that use natural pesticides to ensures better taste and quality. Our eggs are always cage free and farm fresh because we know you only want to feed your family the best, and if you have a sweet tooth you can always try one of our four varieties of Amish peanut butters or just grab a peach. Your grandparents grew a garden for their produce, but we know you do not have the time, so come pick from ours instead.
Want to get healthy, support your local community, and see the way produce is supposed to taste? Then come by LB’s Produce and experience a southern tradition that you have only ever heard about in a country song.
